Frances Senory
Frances Senory is the President of Sencommunications®, Inc.
Frances started her career working for New England Tele & Tele and Raytheon. She graduated in 1957 with her Associates degree in Marketing. She then moved to Florida and pursued an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Hillsborough Community College and attended the University of South Florida through which she pursued an internship at the Brandon Chamber of Commerce in 1981. From this internship she was promoted to a full time book-keeper, working a total of three years. Frances also worked in the Hillsborough County School System as a substitute teacher for six years.
In 1989 Frances left substitute teaching and started Sencommunications® with her husband, Paul Senory. Since the company’s inception, Frances has touched all aspects of the business--from working in human resources, telemarketing, bookkeeping, and sales to delivering products to customers. Frances’ leadership and involvement was vital in attaining Sencomm’s certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in 2002. Since then, she has enjoyed assisting WBENC in reviewing other women-owned companies for this certification.
Today, Frances maintains an active role in Sencommunications® and has served on the Brandon Service League for 15 years. She enjoys donating her time to volunteer work, reading and spending time with her two grandsons and one granddaughter. Paul and Frances have two children--a daughter, Stacie Miller, and son, Bryan Senory, who are both co-owners of Sencommunications®.
Paul Senory
Paul Senory is the Executive Vice President and a co-owner of Sencommunications®, Inc.
Paul served in the U.S Air Force for four years (1959-1963). He spent three of those years at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida, and 12 months at Osan Air Force Base in South Korea. After completing his commitment to the Air Force, Paul graduated from Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Marketing in 1964.
After graduating, Paul worked for Aetna Casualty Insurance Company in Washington, D.C for two years, and then moved to Tampa, Florida where he accepted a position with GTE as a Marketing Account Manager. He stayed at GTE for 5 years until he accepted a job with Plantronics®, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager. Paul remained at Plantronics® for 15 years, rising to the position of Director of Sales, North America.
Paul’s 15-year career at Plantronics® led him to found Sencommunications®, Inc. with his wife Frances in 1989. Today, Paul remains active in the business. He also spends his time volunteering with the Brandon Area Chamber of Commerce and Military Affairs Committee. Paul and Frances have two children--a daughter, Stacie Miller, and son, Bryan Senory, who are both co-owners of Sencommunications®.
Stacie Miller
Stacie Miller is Vice President and co-owner of Sencommunications®, Inc.
Stacie started her career with a passion for Political Science and attended Florida State with a focus in that arena. She worked with the State House of Representatives in Tallahassee, Florida before moving to Tampa, FL where she worked for the local State Representative. Stacie joined Sencommunications® in 1991. Like Frances Senory, Stacie has touched every part of Sencommunications®. Over the years the scope of her position has included answering calls, working in returns, customer service, sales, marketing and human resources. Currently, she is involved in the day to day operations of Sencommunications®. Stacie is married to Bill Miller and they have a daughter and son. When she isn’t at work she enjoys being involved in her children’s school and extra-curricular activities.
Bryan Senory
Bryan Senory is Vice President of Human Resources at Sencommunications®, Inc.
Bryan Senory started out his career at Sports Authority where he was a department manager for four years. He then attended Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida in 1990 to study English Literature. After school in 1994, he joined the family working at Sencommunications®. Bryan began working in the warehouse at Sencomm but soon advanced through the company, holding positions as an outside sales manager, operations facility manager and now the Vice President of Human Resources. He is currently attending school for his PHR certification.
Bryan is married to Cessy Senory and they have a son. Bryan loves reading and spending time outdoors fishing.
