- Konftel- 2 years
- ClearOne- 2 years
- Belkin- Warranty varies by product
Manufacturers’ warranties start from date of customer invoice. In-warranty products can be shipped directly to Sencomm for manufacturer repair.
Sencomm Warranties
Out-of-warranty products can be shipped back to Sencomm for repair. All headsets and amplifiers repaired are covered under a 120-day Sencomm warranty.
Refurbished/Open-box products are covered under the following warranties:
- Corded headsets and amplifiers - 1 year Sencomm warranty
- Wireless headset systems - 6 month Sencomm warranty
- Desk sets/Phones - 2 year Sencomm warranty
